Shipping Information

All products purchased online from the Raider Image, LLC are shipped directly from our warehouse in San Leandro, CA. Packages are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS). Please note UPS will not deliver packages to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address as your shipping address. Unless otherwise noted, a signature may be required upon delivery. UPS delivers Monday through Friday, and upon request will deliver on Saturday at an additional shipping charge. Please see our Shipping Rates section below for all shipping rates. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped that day. If there should be any circumstance beyond the carrier’s control such as the weather, natural disasters, riots, lockouts, etc. it may delay a delivery. These situations do not allow for a refund.

International Shipping / International-Canada Shipping  

Please be aware International orders are subject to local taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Please contact your local UPS center and government agency to inquire about your specific charges. The Raider Image, LLC is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse customers for abandoned packages. Shipments may take up to 4 weeks to deliver depending on location. Due to International customs, select items offered at the Raider Image, LLC may be unable to import into select countries.  

APO & FPO Shipping  

All packages addressed to APO & FPO addresses require shipping via the United States Postal Service (U.S. Mail). Packages cannot be tracked via U.S. Mail. Therefore the Raider Image, LLC cannot guarantee delivery and will not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
